Lectures on January 15th, 28th and 29th and February 4th, 2013
Brera Academy of Fine Arts, Milan

“In q… alla pentola. Il cuoco che non c'è” is a cycle of lectures organized by professor Nicola Salvatore, teacher at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan.
The lessons are part of the educational project “Trattoria da Salvatore” dedicated since 1995 to the connections between art and food. Each lesson will see the participation of celebrated guests such as Ettore Bocchia (Executive Chef at Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio and author of Manifesto della Cucina Molecolare Italiana), Paolo Borzatta (Chief Executive Officer, I&P, oil producers), Giorgio Mercandelli (Biotic wine-grower, Riluce company).

Then students of the Academy will realize portraits of the chefs on the outside bottom of the pots. In spring the works will be showcased in an exhibition at the former Church of San Carpoforo in Milan.
