The Cologni Foundation and the City of Milan present Pino Grasso’s precious embroideries in the exhibition "Mestieri d'Arte, Moda d'Autore. La grande moda italiana nei preziosi ricami di Pino Grasso”.

The exhibition celebrates great fashion through the work and the unique know-how of Pino Grasso, one of the most celebrated and important embroiderers in the world. For over fifty years, the Milanese atelier of Pino Grasso has been producing sophisticated embroideries for the Gotha of Italian fashion.

Looms and tools, samples and materials were displayed together with twenty amazing dresses embroidered in Pino Grasso’s atelier for Dolce & Gabbana, Etro, Gianfranco Ferré, Giorgio Armani, Mila Schön, Valentino and Versace. The exhibition was curated by Bruna Rossi (Fashion Director of Io Donna magazine) and produced in cooperation with the fashion magazines of RCS Group (A, Amica, Io Donna, Leiweb and Lei) and with the support of Campari.
