In the shadow of Milan’s Duomo and on the occasion of Design Week 2025, Starhotels presented for the first time at the Fuorisalone in Milan the exhibition L'Italia nel Cuore, a splendid selection of porcelain hearts by Elica Studio, as part of the project “La Grande Bellezza by Starhotels”, in collaboration with Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d'Arte, OMA-Osservatorio dei Mestieri d'Arte and GruppoEditoriale. On display at the Rosa Grand-Starhotels Collezione until 11 May, free admission.
After the first stop in Venice on the occasion of Homo Faber in Città (September 2024), Starhotels presented the exhibition L'Italia nel Cuore for the first time at the Fuorisalone in Milan: This exhibition, part of the “In alto i Cuori” collection by the Elica Studio, renowned for the mastery of Italian ceramicists Carlo Pastore and Elisabetta Bovina who have already been awarded the MAM-Maestro d'arte e Mestiere award, explores the theme of the heart through a collection of porcelain hearts distinguished by figurative and cultural references. Born from a millenary ceramic tradition and a perfect combination of design and high craftsmanship, courtly and pop, sacred and profane, the collection is an exaltation of life in all its forms, a hymn to the beauty and uniqueness of existence. In the Library on the ground floor of the Rosa Grand-Starhotels Collezione, until 11 May 2025, 40 hearts from the collection will be on display, each one handcrafted with skill!
