Young Collectors and Great Collections. A circuit among House Museums in Milan 3 October 2015 - 10 January 2016 Milan
Starting 3 October 2015 up to 10 January 2016, the circuit of House Museums in Milan presents the amusing initiative “Young collectors and great collections”, a playful journey designed for children 5 to 11 years of age
The children, escorted by their parents, will be given an assignment: helping Ambrogio, an elderly framer and mascot of the initiative, to solve a crossword puzzle by visiting Museums Poldi Pezzoli, Villa Necchi Campiglio, Bagatti Valsecchi and Casa Museo Boschi Di Stefano. The young collectors will be awarded a small prize in each museum they have visited, while the children who complete the whole circuit will receive a final recognition award.
The circuit game is actually a tool to encourage children to approach the treasures in the house museums in Milan.
Every Saturday and Sunday, during the museum opening hours and until the end of the initiative, family groups exhibiting a special Casa Museo Card are entitled to a discount.
