The book was presented to the public and the press with great success and participation on Friday, 14 November in the Salone d’Onore of Triennale Milano. Speakers included: journalist and food critic Antonio Paolini, who moderated the meeting; Davide Rampello, former President of the Triennale and professor at IULM University, who wrote the introduction; Alberto Gipponi, chef of the restaurant Dina; and the duo Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani, chefs of Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia.

“Thanks to our President Franco Cologni, food and wine has rightfully entered the list of Italian artistic crafts,” said Alessandra de Nitto, Editorial and Events Director of Fondazione Cologni. A special thanks to the Apulian company Moderne Semolerie Italiane, which made possible the presentation of this book and the cocktail at Triennale Milano, featuring traditional pasta dishes from across the country.
