Fondazione Cologni, in order to valorise the work of master artisans, has conceived and implemented an online social communication campaign from 1 to 25 December on its Instagram profile @fondazionecologni: the Advent Calendar in the Instagram Stories recounts some of the ‘rare and precious’ excellences, a pool of art masters from the MAM-Maestro d'Arte e Mestiere recognition category of the same name, but above all from the research, around Italy, of Nurye Donatoni, who has uncovered niche and, at times, endangered artisan realities.

From Abruzzo's silver and gold filigree to Trapani's coral, from Ligurian damask to ‘needle painting’ (embroidery) in Basilicata, from Lecce stone to Capodimonte porcelain, from Venetian mirrors to Florentine scagliola... each territory tells of an authentic and original know-how, the pride of Made in Italy artistic craftsmanship. With a focus on the masters of the nativity scene, artists of papier-mâché, wood carving and plaster.
