For years, Annagemma was the creator and moving spirit behind the valuable space in Via Orefici: "Every detail was thought out and created to be custom-made for clients, thanks to an incomparable work force: embroiderers, seamstresses and tailors, pattern makers," she confirms.
"Today these professions are harder and harder to track down and train. Today the figure of the stylist is undergoing continual transformations. But there is certainly space for a personal, creative vision of style: "I am an artisan: everything is born and develops here, in my atelier," states Annagemma, “it is a new version of the profession of seamstress, or creator of fashion". "Artists have not always known how to manage themselves. Today times have changed: fashion is also a business, and that is why I invented the masters programme at Domus Academy. But fashion is also inspiration and a profession ".
