The MAM - Maestro d'Arte e Mestiere title, promoted by the Cologni Foundation for the Métiers d'Art, in collaboration with ALMA, The International School of Italian Cuisine, is now in its 4th edition. Dedicated to Italian excellent master artisans, under the aegis of important and meaningful institutions including the Ministry of Culture, the title is given to 57 master artisans, who have distinguished themselves for particular professional merits and for their activity in favour of the transmission of knowhow. They are joined by the 10 new Supporters for the Métiers d'Art who, in the worlds of education, business, institutions, museums and communication, play a fundamental role in the promotion, protection and dissemination of our heritage. The collaboration with the prestigious Scuola dell'Arte della Medaglia of the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato, which creates the bronze castings awarded to the creators of 'Italian beauty', is also renewed for the 2022 edition. The MAM titles will be presented to the master artisans during a special ceremony in Milan, by invitation, in early October.
