At this start of Christmas, Homo Faber Guide, edited by Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship, is creating a special feature on flower designers and their festive and seasonal creations. The participating florists are: Gábor Nagy, Emily Avenson, Katya Hutter and sisters Laura and Teresa Cugusi, the duo behind Puscina Flowers. They will each present a step-by-step video tutorial on how to create their chosen adornment from a fireplace garland to a wreath, a centrepiece to a bouquet.

Online weekly from 25 November on Homo Faber's social networks: Laura and Teresa Cugusi on how to handcraft a festive wreath using local foliage from their Tuscan farm; Gábor Nagy create your own modern bouquet to give as a gift this holiday season or to brighten up your home; Emily Avenson, Belgium-based, takes you through the steps required to make a festive garland to adorn a fireplace; Katya Hutter - at the final tutorial of the series- shares her contemporary vision for a festive centrepiece from her Amsterdam studio. This collaboration is a chance to bring the floristry craft into the homes of those who would like to try their hand at tutorials, and to enjoy a creative experience linked to the magic of Christmas.
