The Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli of Spilimbergo invites to the XX edition of the exhibition MOSAICO&MOSAICI: a selection of the works of the students realised during the school year 2013/2014. The exhibition is open daily from July 26th to August 31st 2014, from 10 to 12:30 a.m. and from 4.30 to 8 p.m.

The works are showcased in the classrooms and workshops of the Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli, in Via Corridoni in Spilimbergo (PN).

“Una Scuola, un Lavoro”: young apprentices at work!

All the apprentices of "Una Scuola, un Lavoro. Percorsi di Eccellenza” – the historic Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d'Arte training internship project now in its 13th edition – are now at work! All over Italy, the photographer Peter Elovich, through his original shots, is collecting visual testimonies of the young protagonists at work, eager to "steal with their eyes and hands" the craft from their mentors and masters in this six-month apprenticeship.

Le presenze femminili delle Biennali/Triennali di Monza/Milano. 1923–1940”: the volume, in bookstores starting 31th January, also consists of an iconographic apparatus that is the result of very interesting archival research.
