On November 22nd, in the premises of the kitchen angelina by Promemoria, a new chocolate with an incredibly intense taste has been presented in Milan: the Blanco de Criollo Amedei. A dark chocolate 70%, consisting of a blend of rare Peruvian cocoa that is now available in a limited edition of 20,000 bars.
Amedei continues his research and selection of the most interesting cocoa beans, that mixes in unique recipes, always respecting those who are part of the production chain.

The Cologni Foundation participated with a speech of the director Alberto Cavalli.
