The successful "Mini Master" of the Cologni Foundation has been renewed for the fifth consecutive year, with the collaboration of prestigious universities and art schools in Milan. In November, online lessons will begin for the young talents who have won the "A School, A Job" call for applications for the year 2021/2022.

The cycle of meetings will start with the course on safety at work. The appointment with the second module of the "Mini Master" is dedicated to the history of applied and decorative arts through lectures and visits to the main Milanese museums, thanks to the qualified teachers of Scuola Corsi Arte. During the third week, thanks to the professors of the Politecnico di Milano, the students will tackle the theme of personal branding and the creation of their own portfolio. With the fourth module, dedicated to micro-enterprise management and marketing, students, accompanied by the professors of SDA Bocconi, will study marketing-mix and financial statements.

Communication is fundamental for an artisan and future apprentices will be introduced to the basics of correct communication by the teachers of IULM. This edition is supported by Starhotels, which will generously host young apprentices during their entire four-week stay in Milan at the Starhotels Business Palace. A precious contribution, wanted by Elisabetta Fabri, President and CEO of Starhotels, to actively support the transmission of knowledge to the new generations. Before the apprenticeship, the students will therefore have the great opportunity to experience firsthand the hospitality of an excellent hotel.
