The Vranken-Pommery headquarters in Milan hosted the presentation of the book “Il cuoco universale. La cultura nel piatto”, the new volume of the Cologni Foundation for the Métiers d’Art. Written by Andrea Grignaffini, renowned historian, critic and food and wine expert, the book is illustrated by the photos of Bob Noto, appreciated food photographer and exceptional gastronome.

The volume draws an impressive and engaging portrait of contemporary cuisine, outlining the most significant trends and lines of research.
