The Cologni Foundation for the Métiers d’Art presented Paolo Colombo’s book “Le Esposizioni Universali. I mestieri d'arte sulla scena del mondo (1851-2010)” in Milan, in the unusual setting of the Civic Aquarium of Milan. The book was published by Marsilio Editori in the “Ricerche” series, and produced thanks to the support from the Fondazione Cariplo and the Fondazione Germozzi.

The presentation also included a round table focused on the theme of the Universal Expositions in our contemporary, globalised society, and on the role that artistic crafts can play in Expo 2015.
