21st-century artisan: crafts between artisan workshops and industrial craftsmanship

A special issue of “Antropologia”, the journal edited by Ugo Fabietti, is being released. The volume, curated by the recently deceased Marinella Carosso and by Simone Ghezzi (University of Milano-Bicocca), also contains four in-depth studies on artisan crafts in Lombardy. The volume has been presented on Monday, 15 February, at 18.00 in the Sala del Grechetto, in Milan’s Palazzo Sormani. Alberto Cavalli, General Manager of Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d'Arte, and Ugo La Pietra, artist and applied arts expert, hosted the event.
